Mr. Armitage founded a Governance, Risk and Compliance software company now known as Dakota GRC, Inc.  As president of Dakota GRC, Inc. Mr. Armitage has lead efforts to build DakotaGRC’s Enterprise Risk Management and Corporate Controls Compliance product offerings through acquisitions and an industry leading engineering team.  Dakota GRC, Inc. supports Enterprise Risk activities and financial transparency for organizations both small and large. Prior to DakotaGRC, Mr. Armitage held the position of Chief Operating Officer Axena, Inc. In this role, Mr. Armitage Directed development and support for all aspects of Axena’s Corporate Controls Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management product offerings and technology portfolio.  Mr. Armitage participated key client based projects and Risk workshops.
