Allen Spiegler is a managing partner in DakotaGRC and responsible for Business Development and Alliances. Mr. Spiegler is also in charge of promoting the powerful DakotaGRC brand to all of its worldwide markets, launching innovative marketing programs and overseeing PR activity. Allen spent his career as a business applications program manager and consulting services and software executive. He has more than 20 years of experience in successfully delivering and managing financial control and business process control solutions for large and small enterprises around the world. Prior to co-founding DakotaGRC Allen was the Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Channels at Fox Technologies, Inc. (FoxT). At FoxT Allen was responsible for building a worldwide Governance Risk and Compliance solutions oriented channels program where he successfully launched a “Compliance as a Service” offering in partnership with IBM Sercon in Germany. In addition Allen led the formation and served as country manager of FoxT Japan K.K. and led integration initiatives during the acquisition of two Compliance and Risk Management Application Companies.
